A few things worth checking

Will brushed bronze work with my water pressure?

Check the minimum operating pressure on each tap. Most of the basin mixers above run from 0.5 bar, which covers gravity-fed as well as combi and unvented systems. If you’re on a header tank with very low pressure, read the spec before you buy.

How do I keep the finish looking right?

Same as any brushed metal: a damp microfibre cloth for daily wipes, and diluted white vinegar (50/50) for limescale, left for 30 to 60 seconds, then rinse and dry. Keep bleach, ammonia and harsh limescale removers away from it. They can strip the finish, sometimes after one go.

Can I mix bronze with brass?
