Our delivery times vary based on your order specifics and the delivery location. Typically, standard pallet deliveries take between 2 to 10 working days to arrive. Smaller orders, not requiring a pallet, follow a similar timeline. While we strive for prompt dispatch, occasional delays due to low stock or unforeseen circumstances may occur. To check product availability and future replenishment dates, visit our website. To expedite delivery, ensure selected items are in stock during checkout. Upon order placement, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a tracking link. Subsequent emails will notify you of dispatch. Track your delivery progress using the provided consignment number.

Note:- Please refrain from scheduling plumbers until goods are received and inspected, as we are not liable for associated costs or losses.

We recommend someone be available to receive the delivery, as a signature is required due to the large and valuable nature of our products. The courier will contact you on the delivery day with an estimated time. Missing the delivery may result in a redelivery fee. If a calling card is left, contact the courier to rearrange. Certainly! Products can be collected from our Swansea, South Wales store between 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We’d be delighted to assist you in person.
